Step 1: Login into your Google Analytics Account
Step 2: Click on Admin
Step 3: Check if Create Property and Create View buttons are active/clickable
If they are not active, this means your Google Analytics account does not have edit permissions in it.
Please contact your Google Analytics admin account to assign you the permissions.
Step 1: Login into your Google Analytics Account and go to Admin
Step 2: Click on Account Access Management under Account section
Step 3: Click on + and then Add Users
Step 4: Mention the email id (in this case the same email id which you have selected for M-Analytics) and select all the 3 check boxes
Step 5: Click on Add button
